Be on your toes, calls Zainal

Zainal Abidin Hassan called his charges to stay composed against Selangor at the Shah Alam Stadium.

The Elephants seek to extend their stay at the top of the Super League and another win would go a long a way in winning the title.

“It’s best we don’t talk about winning the trophy yet. These are crucial times in the league and we are on top but we must not get comfortable,” said Zainal.

“There still many games left and we need to make sure we keep collecting points. The morale of the players are good and should remain that way.

“I keep reminding the players to not lose their concentration. Selangor have some dangerous weapons if we take our eyes of the ball.”

Pahang lead the standings with 27 points, two ahead of Johor Darul Takzim. Selangor and Perak are in third and fourth respectively with 24 points.

If Police could repeat their reverse fixture win over JDT, Pahang could go five points clear of the defending champions.
